Introducing: Semi-Privates at Bodylines
Do you love your Pilates but sometimes wonder if you are doing it correctly?
Perhaps you feel like there is a better position for your body, but you don’t want to disrupt the flow of the class?
Would you love to take a private lesson to find greater depth in your body and in each exercise BUT it seems a bit pricey for your budget?
These are all the things we have heard from our clients, and we now have a solution…
Semi-private Sessions at Bodylines: beginning January 13th, 2025
A semi-private will consist of 3 clients and one Bodylines Instructor. You will get the chance to refine your form, get modifications so it feels like you are getting it “right” for your body, and be challenged by creating more depth within each move. With extra guidance and hands on coaching from your instructor, you will feel like you are in a private lesson!
This is our way of creating the benefits of a private lesson at a fraction of the cost and keep the camaraderie and energy of a group dynamic.
Here are some of semi-privates you can expect to see on the schedule:

- Jump board
- Chair
- Intermediate Classical Flow on the Reformer
- Intermediate/Advanced Reformer
- Pilates Depth on the Reformer
- Strength Reformer
- Tower
How will it work? The semi-privates will have a weekly schedule where you can schedule yourself in and out of sessions. (Similar to class scheduling)

What does it cost? You can purchase a single lesson, 10 pack or enroll into a membership. (We have several membership options. Therefore, see Tammy for details)
How do I get started? We are offering our current clients the opportunity to purchase an introductory package of (3) Semi-Private Sessions for $99
Non-Members may purchase an introductory package of (3) Semi-Private Sessions for $149.
