A Whole-Body Approach to Physical Therapy
At Bodylines Pilates & Wellness, our physical therapy services are designed to help you understand what your body needs so you can move with less pain, more confidence, and better long-term support.
Instead of focusing only on one painful area, we look at how your whole body moves. Your assessment may include posture, mobility, strength, movement patterns, compensation habits, and the restrictions or imbalances that may be contributing to your discomfort.
This whole-body approach allows us to create a more complete plan for your recovery and wellness goals. Your physical therapy can also be integrated into your workouts at Bodylines, so your instructors understand what your body needs, what should be modified, and how to help you continue moving safely and effectively.

Physical Therapy That Supports Your Movement and Lifestyle
At Bodylines, we offer a seamless bridge between clinical rehabilitation and functional movement through comprehensive, full-body assessments that address chronic pain, muscle imbalances, and postural alignment. After your assessment, your physical therapist can help guide what should be integrated into your Pilates or fitness workouts, what should be modified, and what may need to be avoided for now. This gives you a safer, more informed way to stay active while addressing pain, injury, or movement restrictions.
Our expert team collaborates directly with your instructors to integrate these clinical insights into your personalized Pilates practice, ensuring every session is precisely tailored to your recovery and long-term physical resilience.
Physical Therapy Treatments and Services
Depending on your assessment, your care may include:
Dry needling
A treatment that involves inserting an acupuncture-like needle into the trigger point or affected muscles. It’s used for pain reduction, releasing muscle tension, increasing blood flow, and recovery.
Cupping Therapy
An ancient healing method that involves placing special cups on the skin to create suction. This therapy is believed to increase blood flow to the affected areas and may help with various conditions.
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM)
A practical manual therapy treatment to help relieve pain from soft-tissue injuries. Physical therapists use specially designed tools to help remodel scar tissue, increase range of motion, promote tissue healing, and decrease pain. The IASTM is designed to improve blood flow and scar tissue mobility, decrease muscle spasms and improve healing.
Kinesiology taping
Using specific medical grade tape to provide support, reduce pain and swelling, and increase blood flow. Helpful in treating injuries and improving performance.
