Are you passionate about movement, wellness, and empowering others to feel their best? Bodylines Pilates Studio is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and community-minded Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team!
📍 Location: Harvard, Mass.
🕒 Position Type: Part-Time Pilates Apparatus & Mat Instructor for group classes and private lessons.

Bodylines Pilates Studio is a vibrant, client-focused studio dedicated to delivering exceptional Pilates instruction in a welcoming and supportive environment. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our clients and fostering a sense of community through movement. We cater to a diverse client.
Our primary focus is Pilates but we also offer fitness classes such as: barre, TRX, HIIT classes, strength, stretch and yoga. We also offer Physical Therapy services and Massage therapy. As a Power Pilates Training Center, we pride ourselves on upholding the highest qualifications in the industry.
👤 Who We’re Looking For
An enthusiastic and experienced Pilates professional who:
- Holds a Comprehensive Pilates certification (e.g., Power Pilates- preferred. Balanced Body, TPC, Peak, Polestar, BASI, etc.)
- Has 2–5 years of teaching experience in private, semi-private, and group settings
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Is energetic, personable, and proactive in engaging with clients and the local community
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and safe movement practices
- Confident and comfortable with verbal and tactile cueing
- Capable of working with diverse populations and adapting sessions to individual needs
What You’ll Do
- Lead high-quality Pilates sessions (mat, reformer, and apparatus-based)
- Build lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve their fitness goals
- Participate in studio events and community outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with our team to maintain a positive and professional studio environment
