Fitness Classes at Bodylines Pilates and Wellness Studio
Total Body Training
A Pilates based class combining the depth of movements in pilates with the power & speed of strength and agility training. The class combines the alignment and precision of Pilates while performing larger muscle movements such as squat and lunges. This fast paced, high energy class will leave you feeling stronger and more confident. (all levels welcome)
ABC Mat Class (Alignment, Balance and Core)
ABC Mat Class focuses on the fundamental movements your body needs for everyday life. Each class combines alignment, balance, and core work to help you move with more control, stability, and confidence. This class is ideal if you are managing overuse injuries, noticing changes in your body as you age, or simply want to support long-term strength and mobility. Props may be used, but they are always optional.
Recovery Classes: Yoga, Stretch, Mobility and More
Improve flexibility, release tension, and move with more ease during our recovery-focused classes. These sessions help with balance, joint mobility, posture, and recovery, making them a helpful complement to Pilates and strength training. They are ideal if you want to feel less stiff, move more freely, and give your body the focused care it needs to stay active for the long run.
Barre
A total body workout with a class size of eight to fifteen participants that focuses on developing long, lean muscles while improving posture and flexibility. The workout is composed of mostly body weight bearing exercises, combining elements of Pilates & Ballet, that push your muscles to fatigue. All exercises are followed by stretching, which creates a long, lean dancer like physique.

Pilates Mat Classes
Build strength, control, and body awareness with Pilates mat classes rooted in the core principles of the method. Bodylines offers a variety of mat class options, including traditional Pilates Mat, Mobility Mat, and Mat with weights, so you can choose the right level of challenge and support for your body. Each class helps improve core strength, alignment, flexibility, posture, and total-body coordination without the need for large apparatus.
TRX
Build strength, stability, and control using your own body weight as resistance. TRX helps improve balance, posture, core strength, and total-body coordination in a way that can be adjusted to your fitness level. This class is a smart option if you want to feel stronger, move better, and challenge your body without heavy impact.
Cardio Dance
Get your heart rate up, boost your energy, and enjoy movement in a fun, supportive class environment. Cardio Dance combines easy-to-follow choreography with upbeat music to help improve endurance, coordination, balance, and confidence.
