Louise lives in Groton, MA with her husband, two children and two dogs. Louise is a Pilates Instructor, Power Pilates Teacher Trainer and a Physical Therapist Assistant combining her experience in Physical Therapy with her training in Pilates.

“I love the way these two careers have combined so nicely into one!” Louise has a passion for teaching and loves that Pilates can be used by all levels of ability to improve one’s health and well-being. “I want clients to experience how movement can heal them! My journey continues in my own personal Pilates practice and in my teaching … the learning never ends!”   Louise loves the outdoors, staying active and spending time with her family!
