We know that change is hard. Creating new habits is hard. Beginning an exercise program is one of THE HARDEST things.
We “know” we need to exercise: for our body and our brain. We “know” we will feel better when we do it. We “know” we will be healthier and live a better quality of life. So, if we “know” all this then why don’t we just do it?
It’s hard because…- the only way you “see” and “feel” results if you put in the hard work of working out.
It’s different from most other purchases you make. For example, you could buy a new sweater, put it on and then you instantly feel good. Instead, you buy a membership somewhere and you don’t feel anything immediately except for some anxiety about showing up to a new place with people that all look like they know what they are doing. We get it!
And now, you have to “fit it in” to your already busy schedule. That’s hard too.
We’re not trying to talk you out of doing something good for yourself, we’re letting you know that we understand and that we got you!
Mel Robbins has a create strategy for making change. It’s the 5 second rule. Count down 5,4,3,2,1 and then take action. Whether it’s’ getting out of bed, getting in the car to go to Bodylines, dumping the wine down the drain because you really don’t need it- whatever it is… It’s a brain hack to get you to stop your emotions from holding you back and taking action on something that will serve you better.
At Bodylines, we know change is hard, particularly when it comes to exercise. So, we try to make it as easy as possible:
🌞We’ve created an environment that feels like a spa with lots of natural light so you want to come to Bodylines.
😂As part of our brand promise, we strive to make it fun, funny, and interesting so you almost don’t know you are working out.
🙋🏻♀️All you need to do is show up, we plan the workout, we watch your form, to keep you safe and we check in with you along the way, so you get a workout without pushing you beyond your limits.
🧑🏾🤝🧑🏼👯Connection and community are two of our other core values. Our goal is that you feel connected to your fellow Bodylines peeps, so you want to show up and they are looking for you when you don’t.
🥰We promise, you will love it. All you need to do is commit to 2-3 hour/week (out of 168 hours in a week) and once you create the habit of coming, you won’t want to miss it. In fact, most clients say they crave it!!
In January, we have made it even easier. If you commit to a 12-month term membership, then we will give you your first month free. All you have to do is sign up by 1/31/25.
Call the studio and we can help you get started. We are here for you!
