The Beginner Reformer classes are a great starting point for anyone with no prior Pilates experience. You will learn basic, low-impact, resistance-based exercises that will become the foundation of your Pilates practice. Pilates Reformer
Using the Pilates equipment, you will get a full body strength training workout while improving mobility, core strength, and posture. Many Bodylines Pilates clients claim Reformer Pilates is the one form of exercise that has cured their back pain and improved their overall strength.
Pilates Mat
Pilates mat is the integral part of the classical Pilates system. We offer both traditional and specialized Pilates mat classes (mobility, core, posture and more) that focus on precise movements that originate from the core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, you will learn to stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, which are the foundation for achieving a strong flexible body & ideal postural alignment.
Jumpboard Reformer Class
Pilates Jumpboard brings a low-impact cardio challenge to the Reformer while still supporting alignment, control, and core strength. This class uses the Jumpboard attachment to help you build endurance, improve coordination, and strengthen your legs without the heavy impact of traditional jumping. It is a fun, energizing option if you want to add more cardio to your Pilates practice while keeping the focus on intelligent movement.
Tower Class
A dynamic and powerful complete body workout using the resistance of the springs. This tower class will focus on using core strength to challenge you through a total body workout. This is a class you will want to repeat again and again for the wonderful exercises that stretch and strengthen at the same time!
